– No bank charges with international payment cards
All promotional rates are exclusive of 10% tax and 5% service charge
Regulations on check in and check out
– Check in time: From 2 pm
– Check out time: 12 am
– Late check-in and late check-out will be subject to room availability
– Guests wishing to check out after 12 noon and before 6pm: 50% surcharge
– Guests wishing to check out after 6pm: 100% surcharge
Regulations on deposits
– The hotel will require credit card information at the time of booking
– For credit card bookings, please present the correct credit card used to make the booking
– The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if it detects any violation of the terms or the unlawful use of the booking.
Extra charge for children traveling with parents
– Children under 6 years old: Free of charge
– Children from 6 years to 12 years: surcharge of 50,000 VND / child / room
– Children over 12 years of age or adults: surcharge of 100,000 VND / person / room
Cancellation policy / change of reservation
– In case of cancellation / change of booking 72 hours prior to arrival will not be charged
– In case of cancellation / change of reservation within 72 hours: the first night room charge and tax will be charged
– In case guests do not come: 100% of room and tax will be charged
